Creating a healthy pregnancy Salad

Summer is almost here and I decided to toss up some 😋 salad with @narla_the_coconut_company to bring in the season! Here’s our super simple recipe below. You can try making this with your kids incase you’ve been wanting to get them started on some basic cooking.

SUPER CRUNCHY SUMMER SALAD: Ingredients

Salad Preparation

Ingredients for salad:

  • Salad leaves
  • Cherry tomatoes ( optional along with cucumber etc )
  • 5 crushed walnuts
  • 1tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • A sprinkling of Parmesan / nutritional yeast( optional)

DRESSING DETAILS FOR THE SALAD

  • Extra virgin olive oil ( Evoo)
    -Raw honey
    -Narla coconut Vinegar/ ACV
  • salt and pepper

Method and Preparation Time of 15 minutes

  • Throw in the leaves into your salad bowl , sprinkle with nuts, seeds and toss with dressing. Top up with parmesan if you like and get ready to DIG IN! TIP – Have this as a side dish with your meal to give you ample fiber, great boost of magnesium and trace minerals or
